The Pit Perspective was founded by Alea Williams, a photographer and writer with more than 20 years of experience behind the camera. Her photography journey has covered live music, wild life, travel throughout the US and Europe, the night sky, and so many things in between.
For Alea, photography is about capturing a moment and a feeling—the energy of a place, the emotion of a performance, or the fleeting details that make an experience memorable. Through The Pit Perspective, she brings that perspective to live music, combining photography and storytelling to document the artists, performances, and moments that make each show unique.
